Step 1
Schedule a free of charge Discovery Call to get to know each other! This initial conversation allows us to discuss your goals and determine how we can work together effectively.

Step 2
Once we've decided to work together, we perform an assessment and I'll get to work on your training program. This program will be tailored to your goals, current level, and preferences, and it will include detailed instructions, exercises, and other relevant information.

Step 3
From then on the plan will evolve as we go, ensuring you always have the right path forward. This process will continue for as long as you want to train with me, and I'll be there to support you every step of the way.
