BIO
Hi, I’m Simeon – a teacher, coach and lifelong student of movement.
My journey began with martial arts at a young age, starting with Judo at six. I went on to explore various disciplines like Escrima, Panantukan, Submission Grappling, and MMA. Along the way, I discovered a deep love for physical training. While martial arts remain central to my life, I am continually inspired by the richness of diverse movement cultures, always eager to learn, grow, and share these experiences with others. I believe that a physical practice is more than just training the body — it’s about embracing the journey, fostering resilience, and cultivating a deep sense of self-awareness and meaning.
I aspire to blend the art of coaching with the science of human performance. This fusion allows me to offer a balanced and holistic approach that is both evidence-based and deeply personal, ensuring that each client’s journey is as meaningful as it is effective.
